- Create new quotes and orders

- Monitor logistics status and warehouse levels
Whether you're a designer, engineer, or business owner, your dashboard is tailored to meet your production needs with precision and ease.
2. Update your 3D files into theLIBRARY and get production cost
Update you 3D models into theLIBRARY, choose your requested printing method (FDM, SLA, SLS) and let our AI-powered system take care of the rest: our platform leverages AI algorithms to analyze your model and in just a few seconds the system will:
- Calculate volume, surface area, and structural complexity
- Automatically recommend optimal printing parameters (wall thickness, infill %, layer height)
- Generate a real-time quote based on your selections
AI recommendations will be pre-selected for speed, quality and cost optimization, but you’re free to customize every detail if you want. Now, you are ready to go into production
3. Production & order tracking
Once you have defined the required quantities, simply confirm the quote and create your production order. The system will immediately generate an estimated production lead time, giving you full visibility from the very beginning.
Through your myFACTORY dashboard, you can monitor every stage of the process in real time:
- Track order status and production progress
- Communicate directly with your assigned production manager
- Request changes or additional details
- It’s your factory, with clear communication and full control all along the production process.
4. Store, ship, repeat
Decide whether to ship your parts immediately or keep them in stock within our warehouses strategically located across Europe, Asia, and North America.
You can manage storage and logistics with just a few clicks. When you’re ready to reorder, simply press reorder and production or shipping from warehouses starts right away. We are fully connected with leading express couriers and freight partners, giving you access to some of the most competitive shipping rates in the market, with no additional margins applied on logistics.
